Latest figures show that UK healthcare professionals face approximately 46,000 cardiac arrests incidents per year in both the pre-hospital and in-hospital setting. With risk factors such as diabetes, obesity, hypertension and heart disease at an all-time high...there has never been a time where you’re more likely to have to resuscitate a patient in your care.
The Resuscitation Council UK Advanced Life Support (e-ALS) course is delivered to over 20,000 healthcare professionals every single year and has been designed to equip them with the knowledge and skills needed to provide high-quality resuscitation care at advanced life support level.
Please note: All applicants must hold a professional healthcare qualification or be in training for a professional healthcare qualification. Medical students in their final year of training can be accepted as candidates if this is an established local arrangement.
